My name is Rebecca and I am a qualified counsellor based in central Scotland. I gained my COSCA-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Edinburgh and I have been working with a variety of individuals in a therapeutic capacity ever since.
As an integrative therapist I use a range of theories, methods and practices according to an individuals unique experiences and needs. My general approach is positive, encouraging and focuses on the individual as a whole.
I work with adults and young adults as a student counsellor at the University of Stirling, at CoCo Counselling in Edinburgh and as an affiliate Wilderness Counsellor with the Wilderness Foundation UK.
